The day after Christmas (2013) we flew to Las Vegas.
We wandered down the strip then headed to see Penn & Teller. We stuck around after the show and got a picture with Penn- he's huge!
Helicopter tour- flew over Hoover Dam then landed on West rim. We had time to hike around then enjoyed picnic lunch. It was a magnificent view.
We all love to eat and appreciate good food. We were excited for our Food Tour. Didn't really know what to expect- this was our first food tour. Our first stop was Table 10. We were seated at the Chef's table where we could see the prep of the food. Our tour was late afternoon (before the busy dinner crowd). This restaurant was each of our favorite of the tour.

as good as it looks- honey candied bacon
prosciutto-wrapped breadsticks
There was enough to have several tastes of each dish...then on to the next restaurant...
Caprese salad and Fresh crab cakes with lobster sauce, vegetable mirepoix and balsamic reduction
Naples style meatballs topped with mozzarella cheese and pesto served with saffron blue cheese dipping sauce.

any time of year this area is decorated and step outside to enjoy the fountain show
